Pam Smith is a Group Travel Incentive and Events specialist. She is detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic and a highly professional individual and strong in the planning and execution of the projects she manages. Pam started her career in the Merchandise Incentives field in 2004, working as project manager for a full-service Incentive House in Johannesburg. In 2013 she made the decision to relocate her family to Cape Town. Once in Cape Town she was offered an opportunity to work in the Group Travel Incentives side of the industry and took on the challenge with commitment. She had found her passion and niche in her career! Over the years, she has been responsible for a wide variety of Corporate Events, Travel Incentives and Corporate Conferences. Pam has now made the decision to start her own Incentive Consulting business offering her specialised services to others in the industry as well as directly to companies requiring her services. At Incentivewise Consulting her aim is to help you find more time to focus on the measurement and content of your programmes and leave the logistics of your events to her! Her aim is to create and deliver tailor made events utilizing her trusted network of global partners that provide memorable experiences, meet all company objectives and stay within budget.
